Fishing Areas

We normally fish five to ten miles from Rock Hall Harbor, about a half hour to one hour ride.

Fishing Methods

  • Spring: Trolling is the go-to method for catching big ones.
  • Chumming: Bottom fishing in areas from the Bay Bridge north.
  • Live Lining: Available from August through the fall at no extra cost, using live bait to increase your chances of a great catch.

What’s Provided

Bait, tackle and all other necessary equipment will be provided. The boat is fully licensed. (No need for a personal fishing license!) Fish cleaning services will be provided at the end of each trip. Fish will be cleaned at your request and bagged for the trip home.

What to Bring

It is recommended that you bring deck shoes, warm clothes, rain gear (if needed), sun galsses, a cooler (for your catch) and a camera! All food and drinks are to be brought by the party. Miss Carolyn II Charters are not responsible for any items lost or destroyed while on the vessel.

What to do After

…And when a great day of fishing is over, you might try a drink and excellent meal at the Harbor Shack, right on the waterfront. You’ll love the outdoor dining, great menu and live music on weekends.
